I have been professionally cleaning for over twelve years and my teams have an average tenure of over 20 years. I am a mother, a wife and a business woman. I am so blessed to own a business that allows me the flexibility I need to put my family and four children first. Policies and procedures
We surely understand things happen please cancel at least 48 hours prior to your
appointment a $35 charge will be added to the next cleaning appointment. Last minute
cancelations will result in a $50 fee for the following visit.
To cancel/reschedule please contact us via text or email and we will do our best
to accommodate you at the next available appointment.
If you or anyone in your home are sick with any contagious illness please let us know
immediately,. Even though we properly sanitize it is possible that we transport bacteria
and someone else may become sick. To be fair if any of us become sick we will notify
immediately and reschedule your service.
Termination of service requires 1 week before your next scheduled service if we do not
receive at least a week client is responsible for the service fee along with late or
cancellation fees. Invoice will be provided will all due fees.
